Story :

What Danny and Oxide Pang lack in originality, they more than make up for in visual brilliance.

Kong is a deaf-mute hired killer, after falling in love he wats to give it up. add the bosses who hired him are looking to kill him, a trigger happy best friend plus his girlfriend and you pretty much have every hong kong heroic bloodshed film ever made.
