If you are talking about benefits .... yes! But then I have to ask, do you have any particular benefit in mind?
If you are talking about voting .... well no, those with ILR do not get to vote just because they have ILR. Other visas? Such as US? ILR makes no difference, compared to say 2-year spouse visa. John |
