Hi there,

I'm a new MBA graduate and now looking for a job in the UK.

Any suggestion, please?

Anne.
What work were you doing prior to your MBA?
What was your first degree in?

Anne,

It would be good if you could add as much information as possible in posts to let people help you.

One thing all(or most) employers will want is a C.V. (Curriculum Vitae - Latin for List of things done in your life). You need to prepare one and searching the web for what to include would be good.

When you have done this, have it checked for spelling, grammar and impact and then adjust accordingly.

Decide what you would like to do and what money you would like for doing it and then check sites such as Jobserve to see what is available. When you find something that matches or that you can adapt to then apply and send a covering letter stating why you want the job and why the job needs you with a copy of your C.V. attached.

Good Luck.

It would be nice to be bale to get a list of foreigner friendly firms. My fiancee is doing an MBA, but she can't even get a part-time job because they are not interested after the 'National or EU citizen' box!

Anne

Most UK companies are looking for experience and ability to do the job not necessarily MBA, basically opposite Thailand.

You need to be cream of the crop to use that qualification to get a job over here. It is more like management level.
