Osmar, Is this lady living in he UK? What visa does she have? Or do you mean that she is living in Thailand and she is looking for a UK restaurant business to sponsor a work visa for her? If the latter, given her generalist skillsets, I think she will find that a very difficult thing to acheive. Perhaps someone knows of successful cases of this general work permit route for Thai women into UK businesses?
