Description
3 years previous experience in THAI CUISINE as a THAI chef. This should be at NVQ 3 or above. You will have complete control of your department,cooking, finishing and serving, all the dishes on your own. On your day off, the THAI section will be closed. The employer can help with food and accommodation if required.
