Description

To undertake the general duties of the day-to-day running of the Thai Restaurant. To work with the directors in devising, implementing and maintaining an effective marketing strategy in order to run the business profitably. The supervision, rotoring, training and management of the Head Waiter and all other Waiting Staff to include Bar Staff. To undertake the duties and responsibilities of the Designated Premises Supervisor under the terms and conditions of the Premises License. To organize & control all Staff activity Front Of house during opening times. Providing excellent customer service at all times and to ensure that all Staff provides the same. Training new staff where necessary & dealing with all aspects of Staff management including Hiring, welfare, discipline and Personnel issues as and when they arise. Full details available on request
