I am seeking a FULL TIME companion for my nearly 12 year old daughter at the end of June possibly begining of July.
Leanna,having spent 3 mths a year for 9 yrs or so is comfortable and familier with Thailand, Pattaya, Thai people and customs etc.
The job will be live in and full time for a full 7 days and nights (24/7) The companion will share a hotel room (Sandalay Resort, formaly the Beach Veiw)with Leanna. All expenses paid.
The person would be idealy 18-25 yrs old, speak good English, have a fairly mature outlook and be able to put her foot down when required.
Leanna is hard work and gets bored easily although with the right person would just keep busy.
My work will be at the Bira race track 15mins from North Pattaya and not suitible for Leanna to attend.
Evenings should be free although I may have to dine with business introductions. Leanna and companion can attend.
There also may be one or two trips to Bangkok required and overnight stay might be required. Again the companion would share a room with Leanna.
My wife, son and 7 month daughter will be in Thailand at the same time although they will stay for most of the time in Sakaeo whilst I work. They may join us at some time and the companion will simply be part of our family.
Leanna enjoys the beach, swimming and of course shopping. She also enjoys staying up late, really late!
We did have a baby sitter we have used for some years but we now think its more of a companion Leanna needs.
I am asking within the group as there may be someone that has a reletive in Pattaya that fits the bill rather than a complete stranger.
Of course I will be around for a couple of days to make sure both are happy.
If anyone can suggest somebody, please PM me.
A generous agreed fee will be paid at the end of the week although the companion will have money given to her in advance for any expense they think they need.
This is a genuine enquiry.
Ian

Ian,I'm in Pattaya next week.
I can think of a couple of people who might be suitable. Both of them have met Leanna (and indeed the rest of the family before). I will find out when I get there through the grapevine exactly what they're doing at the moment. I know one of them was helping her mum build a house,when she wasn't studying and watching tv.
Noi's niece may also be around.

Hi Ian no suggestions from me I am afraid. Will you be racing ? I was not in Thailand on your last trip when you took the orphans from the Camillian center out for the day but am likely to be in Thailand about the time you are this time. A day at the track sounds an interesting if hot day out. How is the racing business going. Whats your latest news.

Steve;
Thanks mate, appreciate it. How long are you out for?
Richard;
We are doing a test road at the Bira track for a future development in Bangkok.
Business is tough; we thought we had the Chinese (huge market) but under the table gifts have sucked us dry and our project has stalled for a year. This is the reason we are in Thailand now. A year or so earlier than expected.
Fsport are still on the go and are competing in the UK. There are no plans to race in Asia this year. However, there are two teams/drivers that were in Pattaya last year that may come over. Negotiations will resume later this year with high profile teams in Thailand to support the Camillian centre.So far True, UBC, and Thai airilines are involved. More later when the time is right.
Fsport team comprised of essentially 12 people, all without exception were touched by the children, all are now doing there own things to support the charity...............................
Noel is sadly missed by the both the kids and father G.
I will post my Thai number later, and would love to meet up .

Ian,
Me old mucker. I arrive in LOS on the 23rd of June and will spend the first week in Pattaya. It looks like you will be around at the same time so maybe we should catch up with a drink or 3 if you have the time.

I'm leaving Thailand on 8th June Ian.

Not sure whether I'm in Pattaya all the time yet. Might get orders to visit Buriram and if so will probably head up to Udon Thani (Paul might get a surprise visit en route!).
If we coincide at all drop me a pm here (thai sim yet to be arranged).
