Sorry, don't know of a Thai instructor nor any instructor who can speak Thai, but any professional ADI should be able to teach her, with the aid of a translator if necessary.
If required she can be accompanied by a translator for her practical test, but not for her theory. However, she can opt to have the theory test read to her in English. She should request this when she books the test. I have been trying, unsuccessfully, for some years to source theory test training materials in Thai. If you find some, please let me know. She can drive using her Thai licence for a maximum of 12 months starting from her first date of entry to the UK. If she has not passed her practical test by then she can only drive as a learner, assuming she has a GB provisional licence. For more info see Driving in the UK. |

You can get a translator for the theroy test. One i phoned wanted £150 the other £100 for the test, she will meet you at the test centre and you pay her yourself, I got the two numbers of the dsa approved translators direct from the dsa (PM me if you want the numbers) The two closest to me i spoke to were london based as your in London maybe cheaper for you. The wife said she will pass with out a translator and did 3rd time lucky!!!......
