If anyone is interested in learning how to cook Thai food,
I've been posting a bunch of cooking videos we did on the internet at
http://www.thaifoodtonight.com/thaifoodtonight/recipes.htm
Click on the dish you like, sit back and watch my daughter and I prepare it
I'll be posting more videos as I get more time so if you don't see a dish you like...check back later

Thank you Hamster,
Saves my wife bringing Thai cook books from Thailand. am waiting for the Tom Yum as Wife's does not taste the same as we have had in Thailand yet the ingredients are the same.

Hi "Oldoldgit". Tom Yum is coming soon. I had to send my hard drive in for repairs and it has most of the other recipes on it...including Tom Yum.
I think we actually did that in Thailand with a Thai cook.
I hope I get the hard drive back with the media still intact. If not I'll have to redo some stuff.

Hamster

These are tremendous, especially for those amongst us whose personal circumstances mean we are badly missing some of our favourite food! What is your connection with Dim? Are you her husband? If so, are you still California-based or are you in the UK now?

Whichever, thanks for sharing!

I am Dim's husband. Dim had a Thai cooking program on national TV (American Life Network) for over a year. She isn't on it any longer and we had all these cooking videos from the shows so I thought I would be nice to keep the program alive in some way. I posted some recipes on YouTube and I'm going to post all of them on the website so anyone who wants to "see how it's done" can just click and watch.

I love the set up with the easy to follow video.
My favourite is the stir fried chicken with basil, it really hits the spot. Thumbs Up

A similar website was featured on Dragons' Den last night. iFoods.tv features recipes from all over the world, including some from Thailand. Here are a few for starters:

Stir Fry Vegetables with Thai Oyster Sauce

Pad Thai

Yumbo! Razzer

I like the stir-fry recipe, however when we cook it at home, we always add a few teaspoons of sugar into the pan.
