Today my recipe is Tom Jew Kai which it's easy cooking during the week for dinner with rice. Thai Jusmin rice will be great.
Ingredients:
2 pcs of chicken leg ( It's avalible for me in our stock that time) You can use chciken brest as well if you like. 10 pcs of dried mushroom 4 Crushed Thai chillies (can add more if prefer bit spicy as your taste) 1 crushed lemon grass 4 teble sp of lemon juice 1 Crsuhed challot 5-6 kaffir lime leaves (I donthave it today) Fish sauce or salt
Remark: Just skip fresh mushroom which I show in photo but if you like so its fine.
