If you like to make that kind of noodle soup you must have pig blood or cow blood to add in stock, but if you dont have it just make the normal noodle and ill tell you how to make it if you don't know.

Yes I can get blood to add to the stock but dont know where to start! if you could give a recipe that would be great.

if you already know how to make noodle soup you just do the last thing that to add the stock to the noodle in the bowl but before that you add 2-3 tables spoon of blood into the ladle then add then very hot stock mixed together, then pour it with the noodle in the bowl.

remember the stock must be very hot, hope this can help and sorry my poor english.
