เอารูปมาจากบอร์ดเหมือนเดิมค่ะ ขอโทษนะคะ
อีกอย่างชื่ออาหารที่รูปก้อยเขียนผิดค่ะ อิอิ

ภาษาอังกฤษผิดตรงใหนต้องขออภัยนะคะ

เครื่องปรุง....
Ingredient....

1.ไก่สับพร้อมกระดูก 1/2 โล
Chicken(with bone) chop 1/2 kg.

2. น้ำพริกแกงเผ็ด 3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
Red curry paste 3 table spoon.

3. หน่อไม้จืด 1 กระป๋อง
Bamboo shoot 1 tin.

4. พริกทอ่อน 1 แพ๊ค
Young paper corn 1 pack.

5. พริกชี้ฟ้า เขียว แดง 5 เม็ด
5 Fresh chilli(green+red).

6. ใบมะรูด, ใบกระเพา
Keffir lime leave, Holy basil.

7. น้ำปลา, ผงชูรส, 1 ช้อนชา น้ำตาล(ถ้าต้องการ)
Fish sauce, M S G, 1 ts of sugar(if you like).

8. น้ำมันพืช 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
Sunflower oil 2 table spoon.

วิธีทำ.......
Exp.........

1.นำกะทะตั้งไฟให้ร้อนใส่นั้มันลงไป
Turn on the heat wait till wok is hot,
add oil when oil is hot then add curry paste.

2.ผัดพริกแกงจนหอม แล้วใส่ไก่ลงผัด เบาไฟลงนิด
Stir fried curry paste for about 5 mins,
then add the chicken, turn down heat just a little.

3.กลับไก่ไปมาจนไก่เข้ากับพริกแกงดีและเริ่มสุก
ใส่ใบมะกรูด(อันนี้กลัวไม่เผ็ดเลยใส่พริกขี้หนูสดด้วยค่ะ)ผัดต่อ
Stir the chicken till is get color and nearly cook,
then add keffir lime leave, then stir it till chicken is cook.

4.พอไก่สุกแล้วเติมน้ำซุป(น้ำปล่าว)แล้วรอจนเดือด
พอเดือดดีแล้วปรุงรสตามชอบ เค็มนำนะคะ
When chicken is cook add stock or water,
then wait till is boilling.

Add fish sauce, msg and sugar to taste.

5.ใส่หน่อไม้ลงไป แล้วรอให้เดือดอีกครั้ง(หากน้ำแห้งเติมได้ค่ะ)
Add bamboo shoot then wait is boiled again.

6. ใส่พริกชี้ฟ้าและพริกไทอ่อน ทิ้งไว้สัก 5 นาที
Add fresh chilli and young paper corn leave it for 5 mins

7. ชิมอีกครั้งขาดเหลืออะไรเติมได้ แล้วใส่ใบกระเพา ปิดฝาหม้อและปิดไฟ
Taste again, then add holy basil put the lid on and turn off the heat.

เสร็จแล้วค่ะ หน้าตาเป็นแบบนี้ อิอิ ไม่ค่อยน่ากินนะคะแต่อร่อยเผ็ดสะใจ

My dish look like this hi hi, it quite spicy but nice.

Hello Noong Goi and everyone Smiler
I waiting for to see your foods everyday as all. And I also want to show some my foods as well,
but everytime after I cooked, I always forgot about to take some pictures of how to cooked, so I only have the food in a plate, LOL
Next time when I will do some cooking I will take a lot of photographs to show you.
