This is how I make Gang Paa Neua.

1) Make small slices from good cut of beef.

2) Marinate with oyster sauce, white or brown sugar and fresh lemon juice.

Take garlic, shallot, lemongrass, galanga, ginger, lime leaf, red chilli, gang paa curry paste (one tablespoon) and shrimp paste (0ne teaspoon).

Put oil in the frying pan, make hot, then put in the curry with the marinate beef and stir fry for about five minute when beef is cooked.

Prepare slice eggplant, string bean (cut small), bamboo, green peppercorn, lime leaf and galaga.

Put eggplant and fry beef curry in new pan with two small cup of water and cook for about three minute.

Put all other vegetables together in with curry, fish sauce, sugar and และก็ผงชูรส ครึ่งซ้อนชา ถ้าหากว่าชอบ (sorry, dont know english) and cook for about 5 minute.

The Gang Panang is one of my favourite but i'm not eat beef he he he if you try to use Panang Kai ( chiken ) that also lovely. ummmm start hungry again Wink
