Instructions:

1. Boil spaketti in hot water and keep it in the big blow.
2. I dont have motar as we call Krog in Thailand. So I grind ginger, red onion, garic and lemon glass( forget to add in the ingredients) in the stone cup.
3. Added red curry paste and 2 pcs of fish from the can and mix all together into ( 2.)
4. Stripped Galingale
5. Boiled coconut milk and added the paste which made it from (3.) in the pot.
6. Added the rest of fish in salt water into (5.) and put stripped Galingale and swith off gas after boiled.
7. Cleaned and chopped fresh vegetables and keep in the plate to be eaten with Spaketti and fish soup.

Thats all. enne want to show the pic of my recipe?? It was so yummy. Sabbbbbb!!!! e leee
