Ingredient....for 6-7 people.

1.Jasmine Rice 5 cup.
2.1 Whole chicken.
3.2 More chicken breasts.
4.2-3Coriandar root, 5black peper, 4Garlic (for soup).

Ingredient...for stir fried rice.

1.Chicken skin, chop garlic, sliced shallot and sliced ginger.

Ingredient...for sauce.

1.2-3tables Yellow soy bean or crush yellow soy bean.
2.Fine chop ginger.
3.Fine chop garlic.
4.Small chop chillies.

Methood....

1.Cut chicken to pieces, keep the breast for steam.
2.Chop the bone,leks put into the pot with coriandar roots, garlic, pepper and water then put the pot on the high heat, till is boiled.
3.Then put the wok onto the heat, then add chicken skin stir fried untill get color, then add ginger,garlic and shallot till get color.
4.then add the rice that already washed, and stir fried for about 5 mins.
5.Then add the stock, and pour the rice into the rice cooker, then add more stock high from the rice about 1 inch or more just a little.
6.Wash the chicken breasts and put into the steamer, cook them about 30-35 mins, when them cooked leave for a while then cut as small slice shape.

Used the ingredient for sauce mixed with vinegar, fish suace, msg and sugar to test.




Soup if you want just add some vegetables you like in the stock and put the heat up till it boiled, then add fish suace, sugar and msg(if you like).
