Has anyone else noticed this? Car headlights in Thailand are crap. At night the headlights on your car are generally useless and the ones on oncoming cars glare at you as if they're on main beam even when they are not.

I used to think it was just me but as soon as I return to the UK I have no problem.

Maybe the latest models have decent lights but everything I've ever driven, including a fairly recent Honda Jazz has had candles for headlights.

YES thay are crap and you can,t adjust them. We hired a brand new Vigo and most people comming the other way were flashing us like crazy. Its just the same when there was only two people in the thing. We solved the problem by taping brown tape over two thirds of the lamp. Toyota could do nothing also. Pretty smart motor otherwise, went like s--t off a shovel and it was only the 2.5 intercooler model.

Spot On Big Grin i've just come back after driving a Toyota for 3 weeks and i stopped using it at night because of all the oncoming traffic flashing us.
There is no adjustment, i searched all over the cab for a control but nothing.
It must have come out of the factory that way as it was a pretty new unit.
When on full beam it was good for spotting coconuts in the trees Big Grin
Also, has anyone played the game of how many people can you fit in a wagon?
We managed 16 with the tail lift down, not sure the coppers would stand for that over here Wink
