Hi there. Moving to Thailand tomorrow and was just wondering if anyone living in LOS has any kids English books (our son is 4 years old that) they might like to part with. There's a limit to how much stuff we can bring with us from UK and we want to make sure he has plenty of English stuff. Obviously I am happy to pay a fair price for anything useful. We'll be living in Bangkok so might be difficult logistically but I'm sure arrangements could be sorted.

Thanks in advance-
Alan

Hi Alan,
you can find English books and English stuff at Siam paragon, The Emporium, Siam Center, Siam discovery, Central world and big shopping mall in Thailand.

Hi Alan,

Try 'Kinokuniya Book Store' at the Emporium on the 3rd floor. They said it's the best international book store in Thailand. Me and Gary visited once it's quite good; has all sources of books, similar price to the uk.

By BTS you have to stop at Prompong Station.

Regards,
Nana

Where will he be attending school? Even the smallest of international schools will have decent libraries.

In the meantime, you might find this place worth a visit, for activities as well as books: Neilson Hays Library

Right next to the British Club which you may or may not be interested in.

I agree with Nana's suggestion too, lovely place. Fantastic 2nd hand place a couple of blocks up Sukhumvit, Dasa Book Cafe, but less likely to have much kids stuff.

Sorry, been on my annual trip up north so haven't been internet connected for a while! Thanks for all your suggestions. Will check them out now I'm back in Bangkok. Cheers.
