Weather is nice and hot again,
Just had toast and jam and some coffee, gonna nip in the shower and head down the farm soon, Going to watch the rest of the family plant a few more chillies and I have a big knife, so I am gonna chop something down, don't know what yet, but I will find something, reminds me of the days leading up to Bonfire night when I was a kid.
Might do a spot of fishing as well,
Going to order the JCB to make one of the ponds bigger and deeper,also have to order a lot, and I mean a lot of fencing for around the Chicken shed, to buy it and erect it, gonna cost a lot of money, even by English standards.

Yep went down the farm,
Was a bit hot so I did some fishing.
Went into town and bought some more dynamo things to some of the big fans on the chicken farm.
Then did a bit more fishing, all the time watching Mot and Her mam plant chillies.
Then my English mate popped over, and we sank a couple of Leo's.
And that was that.

Another busy day then sir remember morrow fishing at ours I may be taking car in for service in morning by the way at great expense

Went fishing at Mervyn's yesterday, And then we found a Little English bar in Town and thought we would sample their Leo, just to see if it tastes any different from the ones in the fridge at home, strangely enough there was absoubtly no difference what so ever, amazing ! Do a good burger and chips though, So then I came home rather late, and got a rollocking,
Got up this morning rather late, it was still morning, just.
Then we took the kids into town and spent the day messing around in the pool, still feel weak, What a wus eh?

Tomorrow I am off to BKK and stopping over night at a top hotel, so I am told, The Sheraton Grande. Anyone stopped there?
Going alone,meeting a few mates from the UK, I am going early in the morning about 9 ish, should be in BKK for about 12, then we are out on the lash,till whenever, but I am driving back up here Monday, probably monday afternoon
Well thats it for now, probably report back monday or Tueday.

I take it you mean the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Bryn. I stopped there for one night about three years ago.
I booked using priceline.co.uk and made a bit of a boo boo. I was looking at staying in the JW Marriott and read on a forum that if I bid a max of $100 I would definately be offered a room at the Marriott so that's what I did. I made a bid of 100 and was suprised to be given a room at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumwit. After a bit of head scratching I realised that I hadn't bid $100 but £100 hence being given a night in the Sheraton.
The hotel was very nice, huge bedroom with large TV and DVD player, massive bathroom with a walk in shower big enough for a small party, a lovely deep bath and plenty of free shampoo etc.
The swimming pool was very nice, it's what was called a free form pool with small fountains, waterfalls etc lots of plants surrounding the pool and various statues to enhance the atmosphere. We didn't try any of the restaurants but I would imagine that they were very expensive. I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself being pampered for a night Bryn.

I got it as a freebie, my mate puts it on his company expenses.

Well the Hotel was fantastic, 30th floor great views in a luxury room thingy, Brought my mate up here, loves it.
In a minute me and Mot are heading back down to BKK, cos tomorrow my pal is off to Samui so we are staying once again at the Sheraton. 10,000 baht per night but my mate puts it on company expenses
He has confirmed a couple of free tickets for me and Mervyn to the Singapore GP in September.

I have some nice friends.

Well Have had a busy week really, and not much time to post, so I will try to fill in the missing days as much as I can......

Went fishing.

Not really.
The Sheraton is top class hotel, we had our own butler!!
Barzu in the hotel lobby is the best bar that I have ever been in. Totally mint.

Got stopped by the Nee Nars, on one of the toll roads in BKK on my way back to Phetchabun. Apparently I was doing 120kmh and the limit was 110kmh. Anyway 300 baht soon had me on my way again

Got a big tractor thing coming to the farm this friday, goona dig one of the ponds bigger and use the soil for fill and to make another road in the farm. Gonna see if the guy will let me have a little play with the digger thingy

A mate came over here to our pad and stayed a couple of days, we went visiting the Mountains and stuff.

Not seen Mervyn for a few days either,

Just gonna chill out today and might do a bit of fishing.

The weather is starting to get hot now. We have the fan on at night now. Day time temps are top 30's early 40's.

I think thats filled in the last few days.
I'm off to bait my hook.
