Can anybody help with probably a very easy computer question. Jai has been given a thai/english keyboard and wants to use it on the pc. Am i right in thinking i need to get a Thai font, if so can anyone recommend the most commonly used one? All suggestions welcomed. Will be in Thailand from 8th September for a month so i can pick up anything over there if i know what i'm after.
thanks in advance, Dave.

Hi Crockett10, if its the right keyboard then all you need top do is just plug it in and press the Thai English Tab to change the fonts.

Crockett10,

I think you will have to download them from the Net, its free. As for which font, not sure but somebody will no doubt tell you soon on here.

If you are using ME or older it does not have Thai support build in. You will need to get the discs in Thailand, unless you can find them in the UK

2000 and XP has Thai support build in but for it to work properly then you need the language packs and especially for office.

Pick up a windows Thai os and office when in Thailand and install them when you are back.

Martin
