Neil - I've only just read your post. You need to get a satellite dish pointed at Hotbird! We get the Thai soaps broadcast on TGN (Thai Global Network).

Muse,

Like me you've broke the secret. Giving out that link will cause many hours of sitting in front of a computer, but little keyboard activity!

Also if anyone is thinking of using it and having problems with the video not showing, but sound only, then check out the Forum link on the home page, there is some proxy info for media player that rectifies this problem, a bit of experimentation will get the Thai half PCing while you sit and wonder. Example

Only other problem is the amount of data download, best check with your ISP that you are getting at least 40GB a month allowance Cry

Ian B, Sorry about letting the secret out, Hopefully no one will be reading this thread, We've got an unlimited broadband deal, so if the wife did'nt have to go out to work then she would be watch ThaiTv all day, Seriously though i still can't believe forum members are still messing around with other companies when ThaiTv is the ultimate online broadcaster.

PS: If anyone is interested in subscribing to ThaiTv then you will need a ' Registration Card' We got our's from a Thai Shop in Sheperds Bush, i will give out there email as soon as i can find it.

As a follow up, if anybody is interested in looking into Thai TV then contact this man from Sheperds Bush and he can supply you with a 60 Day registration card for £10, Then to continue with Thai TV after 60 days just pay online with Thai Tv, A very easy process.
