hi a friend of mine is looking to buy a laptop for his thai stepdaughter, who is living in bangkok.
hes willing to spend up to £500 anyone have any recomendations of where to buy and what make, will be much appreciated. steve |

Hi,
I recently bought a Dell for £500, they are generally very reliable and I think you get more for your money. Although some of the high street shops to have some good deals on at the moment, even the likes of PC world etc but for that price they are mostly all about the same quality, I previously had an Acer for about £450 but the screen broke after a year.. |

thanks for reply, i didnt make it clear, my fault. hes looking to buy one in thailand with windows in thai. any ideas for where to buy in thailand. neither of us are computer literate, we can do sme basics and thats it.
