Just been on my hotmail and have tried printing off all our tickets / bookings for our holiday to Thailand.... and with this new set up of hotmail Live it seems to chop off the right hand side of the print out - great Mad

I'm just bringing up the page I want to print out, click on the printer icon, brings up new window with what is to be printed and press print.... same as used to do before Crazy

Any suggestions welcome ??

Try playing round with the page layout on the print preview, think you can play round with the size etc, or cut and paste into word and print from there.

if its an 'e-ticket' then you might not need to print it off

we had e-tickets on qatar and just handed over passports at check in on way back from thailand and it was fine

also it might be worth changing your page set up to 10.00.

We did not take a print of our E Tickets on Thai International either.

Can you see the ticket(s) on your computer screen OK ?

If you can, hold down the 'Ctrl' key and press 'Print Screen'

Then your normal word processor, I have Microsoft word.

Start a new document.

Set the page margins to zero to get more on a page - i.e. 'File' 'Page setup' then set the top, bottom, left, right to zero. When you get a margin error popup, click 'Fix'.

'Edit' then 'Paste' to drop off the screen snapshot into the document.

You will be able to drag the screen image inwards until a print preview shows it all on a page. Click on the image and click and drag a small square at the corner and/or side of the image.

Have fun !

Suggest to all to use firefox instead of Internet Explorere. www.firefox.com Much better and printing is easier too with different options like shrink to fit.

Read on Eva site I think, when checking in with an E-ticket they also want to see the credit card that ticket was purchased with to prevent fraud, is that so?

I tried Firefox and found it useless. All I got was a white screen with a GooGle search bar in the centre. No amount of fiddling would persuade it to do anything else.
