If its not an Acrobat document with built-in forms, then you can't do much.

You'll need Acrobat writer version to enter comments.

If you have Photoshop, Illustrator or CorelDraw you can enter text into PDFs.

Hi
If you have Acrobat Professional than you can add and edit PDFs. It is the full version of the Acrobat program.
With Photoshop and Illustrator you can get text moving when the pdf is opened.

All the best

You have to be careful when "unwrapping" PDF's because if the originator hasn't emdbeded the "family" of the fonts used (not just the characters used) you will have problems.

Also if you don't have the font on your machine then you will have problems.

Depending on the final use of the file I would use photoshop and change it by "overlaying" the correction and re PDF ing if it is a small change

Larger changes I would unwrap in Illustrator - re format the fonts to one I have similar to the original PDF and then re-PDF

For the record the reason you can unwrap PDF's in Illustrator is they have the same base programing.

I use this which I bought years ago, (Version 3, which was then sold by ScanSoft). It works well and wasn't too expensive, certainly compared with Adobe.
