To be on the safe side I would do a lot of research into the materials used for the implants, I know, for instance, that most top surgeons in the US will not use silicone filled implants, they will use saline so that if they burst it just gets flushed away and is harmless.

Sy,

I have been to the Bumrungrad Hospital in Bangkok, not for surgery though, they offer EXCELLENT service and are conveniently situated. Check Bumrungrad Plastic Surgery I can't recommend them enough for the health checkup services and quality of service they offer. I also found it easy to email them with requirements and receive quick and thorough responses. They are just off of Soi 3 on Sukhumvit Road.

on whipping off her bra she showed the small scars from under the breast these are very small and lite cut marks,

debs note the top implant coming in from the upper body
noi tells me that is the lady boy way because they have
not the same tissue form as females i always wondered why
some lady boys had tits near the lower shoulder.

You're quite right, it's a very sensitive area. Wink

From what I've read, the US was using LIQUID silicone in their implants whereas the European made implants (offered in many places in Thailand) use COHESIVE GEL silicone. It was the liquid version that people were complaining of AFAIK. I agree that research is good; we only get one body.

PS anyone one had LASIK in BKK? Any recommendations?

For Lasik, try TRSC in Bangkok. U Chu Liang Building, Rama 4 Road.

Well the big day is tommorrow... went to the highly recommended 'Dr Suporn @ Chonburi' in the end...

65000 baht (Thai price) Smiler

Farang price $5000....(bit of a mark up Eeker) found this out by first of all emailing su's request for surgery and stating I'm her husband etc not a good idea...farang =$$$

So tried a different approach, just turned up today at clinic, Su just says she's from Surin, not living in Uk and shows her ID card with maiden name on it.... works out alot cheaper
