Do you have to be on a tourist visa to reclaim vat paid in Thailand? Will they accept a non-imigrant O ?
And does the 180 day rule apply strictly to the calender year? i.e. Last year is ignored, even if you have been in Thailand for the whole year. Any help appreciated. Thank You |
