I used the service about 3 years ago when Bee was still in Thailand.
Their contact was excellent and informative and the price was more or less in line with a similar service in the UK.

Bee lived in Chachoengsao which is not that far away from Bangkok and not that remote at all. They had problems finding a florist to deliver the flowers, for some reason. After 2 attempts, they said that they could sort out some synthetic flowers instead. Rather than take the refund, I accepted.

When the flowers arrived, Bee was over the moon and I most certainly was when I saw them. They were great. The best thing about it..... Synthetic flowers do not die..... So no need to buy any more!!!

I think they cost me about £25 for a big bouquet.

Pattaya should be good though, as its a tourist place with a busy population. You would be surprised if the service was poor to Pattaya, as many people would be sending them to Bangkok and Pattaya I guess

Several spin-off and copycat florists are knocking about. However, one of the longest established and most consistently reliable is:

Forever Florist Thailand

They've traded under other names in the past but changed their name to distinguish themselves from one or two inferior copycats that have sprung up over the years. It's owned and operated by a really nice British guy, Richard Smith, and his Thai wife.

We've been offered affiliations with most of the other companies, and some very generous commissions to boot, but none have ever proven themselves to match Richard's firm for reliability and service.

Used Forever Florist Thailand. Very good service. The wife was with her father who had unexpectantly been taken into hospital and the delivery driver even tracked her down in the hospital rather than leave them at the empty house.

Typical of the wife though, after her initial elation, she says to me "How much you pay, I bet you pay falang price". Shrug
