The Thai courts have today issued instructions to seek the where abouts of Thaskin, with a view to arrest him after he failed to put in an appeal against conviction in the land case within the 30 days limit. (Hey, he's in Dubai!! )The limitation of the court decision is 10 years, can he move around and avoid capture for that long or will he go to a country without extradition treaty or will he mount a coup (Through the political scene)? Time will tell.
