I've just logged onto my account and can see them there. They maybe don't send them out on E-Mail anymore.

I seem to recollect that except at first, when they will bill an amount however small, after that they have a lower limit of what they bother to bill. A look at my records shows that so far this year I have been billed in January, March, May and July, but nothing since.

No doubt they will catch up soon.

But it is also merely 1p per SMS to send a message to a UK number .... a service we use very regularly in this house.

u can send zero price sms to uk mobiles on www.orange.co.uk if u register ur mobile number. unsure whether u need to be on the orange network (i use orange pay-as-u-go). the free allowance is 30 texts per calendar month.

I filled in the form but when ready to send it just went blank tried same thing a few times.

Don't use the 18185 route but over the past few weeks there appear to have been problems on most lines.

These range from no answer at all, engaged tone, working at only one end, and poor sound quality. The wife and I have also made new friends through crossed lines Smiler No-one has been able to give a reason exactly what the problem is or how it can be cured. I just try different numbers until I get one that works.

Hi.

How an earth do you get in touch with this company to report
a fault, seems they do not want to know.
Have filled in the form so many times now that i am getting
fed up.
All they seem interested in is there newsletter which i get
everytime i try to send the fault form to them.

I have to say that I have used and enjoyed 18185 for 4 years with no complaints or problems. But it is par for the course that occasionally you will have to use other services to get through to Thailand. But I haven't found this an issue as I pay 1p for 18185 and 1p or 2p for other services

Has anyone tried the Rebtel service. I find this particularly good if you are making mobile to mobile calls. Calls cost 1.7p per minute. It is set up on the Rebtel website. You are allocated a landline number for each of the destination numbers you call. This suits my mobile call plan because I can make unlimited landline calls included in the plan. I haven't experienced connection problems that I have with some of the other services. Rebtel
