I've just been sent an email from 1899.com to say that Thai mobile and landline is 1p per min - catch is there is a 3p connection charge. Now this is something I use for my uk calls also but as I'm with Cable & Wireless at moment it's 0.5p/minute for UK. So take a look at 1899.com for more details !

As you have probably already found on the 1899.com website :-

A 3p connection fee applies to all calls.

And it appears that the 1p per minute rate still applies. That is a great deal for non-BT or mobile phone users.
