If anyone knows how to actually talk to 18185 or 18866 staff, please let me know.

I have now been barred from both companies - as have other members here.

I paid via my debit card and forgot to give them the new details when my card expired (same thing happened with 18866). My bank refused the next payment as the card number had changed and I got an e-mail from 18185 asking me to put the situation right. I did but I still can't use the service.

I haven't contacted them because I had exactly the same problem with 18866 and when I e-mailed them to try to sort things out I just kept on getting e-mails saying "everything ok at our end, check with BT". I believe Nick had the same problem? 18185 and 18866 belong to the same company so I am not going to go through the same process again to get the same answers. If anyone knows a way to make contact with a real live person at either company, I would appreciate it.

I did indeed, Flip.

Barred from using either service over the matter of an outstanding £2.50 ish! (See here)

All attempts to pay the amount online were unsuccessful. Requests for their address so I could send them a cheque or the cash were ignored. They wont give out a phone number and insist that all contact be via e-mail.

Bunch of merchants in my opinion.

Yes I am on pay as you go,only tend to use my mobile when been for a beer to order far to much food from the take away (as you do) and a taxi home Big Grin

Must be the luck of the draw with 18185 as when I had new cards and they applied for a payment before I could give them the new card number, got an email from them and as soon as I updated my payment details all was fine Thumbs Up

I think there may be a number if you forget your log on detailas ,not sure if it is automated though ,you have to enter your detailas incorrectly for number to show up .
I would suggest for anyone who has been blocked because of the card numbers changing, just register under your partners name ,if they have a bank account, but make sure you unsubscribe your phone number first .Also use the direct debit option as your bank account number will always normaly be the same unless you change bank accounts, this way you do not have to worry about when your card expires and having to update payment information .
