Hi, just got back from an excellent trip with my girlfriend and the reality of rain, work, cold weather and bills are hitting me!

So just looking at my orange bill which comes to a mighty £175 (must stop texting friends at 50p a text over their)

And I find on my bill the day I arrived 25th Dec and 31st Dec two dialled numbers to "246". Now I am sure I did not dial these numbers as I do not know what 246 relates to. Orange have looked told me I dialled them but said they will credit me the total charge of £15.50 without to much fight even through they say I did dial them. Its funny through that they did not put up a fight if they thought it was due.

Anyone know what this number relates to. Or get checking your statements for the same number just in case.

I just looked at my phone and can view calls made and received a long way back, mine go back to 20th Dec and there was defintely no call made to these numbers.

Sorry to hear you think you have been scammed. Get a Thai pay-as-you-go sim card next time, much cheaper.

yeah d tac do one you buy 300bart of credit and it gives you a year of service credit. witch is good for us as we only get to go once a year so can use it when we go next time hope this helps a little ...tiny and nuai

On another tact - mlook out for Joke texts that you get and then get charged for ( here in the UK) the wife was get about £4 a month on our O2 ( oh-two ) bill and found somebody got our number from blood eee X-factor voting and was sending us jokes and charging us for the privelage.

I had to ext STOP to the number to stop the BOT fromsending them
