Hi Flip, we recieved both text and letter a month before the change, we now use 18185 or 0208 number check out this web site its very good.

Thanks for that David but I can't use 18185 or 18866 for that matter. As posted elsewhere, I had a problem with them when my debit card expired and cannot get re-instated. Tey are not contactable by telephone and when I contact them by e-mail I just got some stupid reply saying that there was no problem at their end and I should talk to BT.............crazy! Other members have had exactly the same problem and once you get on their 'black list' for want of a better term - is seems impossible to get off.
