A Thai/Japanese co-production. The first Thai film to dare show a girl's nipple, it was censored three times. Action movie based around heroin trafficking and the seedy side of night life in Thailand.

The action centres around a Japanese man named Tokio , and we're not sure exactly who he is working for. The Thai drug squad think he's working for Japanese yakuza who are smuggling heroin from the Golden Triangle to Japan via Bangkok and Pattaya. Their Japanese liaison, well I have to admit that I don't know what he thinks. Conversations between Tokio and this guy take place in Japanese and aren't subtitled!

What we do know is that Tokio takes his orders from a mysterious Japanese woman, but I've no idea who she's working for!

You may gather from the above that the film can be a bit confusing at times

Having said that, once you've worked out who is doing what to whom and why, the film rattles on at a good pace, with an interesting idea for getting things through customs!

Definitely worth a look.
