Pim (Masha Wattanapanich) was a Siamese twin, sharing her stomach with her sister, Ploy. An operation to separate them ends tragically with the death of Ploy. Pim eventually moves with her boyfriend from Thailand to Korea to escape the guilt and sorrow of being the surviving half of the conjoined twins. She later returns to Thailand to visit her dying mother. While there, the spirit of her dead sister angrily thrusts herself back into Pim's life.
This film is directed by the same partnership that created the highly acclaimed Shutter and stars one of Thailand's most famous singer/actresses, Masha Wattanapanich.
