Petty crook helps police nab drug ring by spying on his neighbours. Along the way he discovers some of his neighbours secrets.

Noi and Poy found it very amusing. My enjoyment was spoilt a bit by the atrocious subtitling.

Worth a look, but it's not sophisticated comedy. If you enjoy the comedy sketches in the Cha Cha Show then you'll like this.
