If you want to upgrade you ticket on Thai using miles ...what do you do?

1) Book ticket via travel agent ("Q" class or above)

2) Go to Thai airways London office, present membership card.

3) Book ticket upgrade/pay.

Is it that simple? Are there a limited number of "mileage upgrades" available on certain flights?

the answer to ur second question is YES, so ring THAI first to check that there are business class seats available before u book ur economy ticket.

u will earn ROP miles on the flight at economy rate.
