i know its been posted before. I,m flying into bkk in November late on a Sunday afternoon and need to be on a 1000 flight again next morning. As there are no reasonably priced hotels near the airport i,m wondering which bit of town i should go to for a hotel so that i,m not stuck in the traffic next morning ??? i suppose somewhere near an express way ????????

If you're looking for a budget one night stay, try the following:

Sawasdee Sukhumvit Inn

It's on Sukhumvit 57, the right side of town for the airport and not too far from the Expressway. I've not stayed at this hotel, but the location looks right and it's cheap (for Bangkok).
