all depends what standard of property you are looking for, exact location/soi number in Suk and which market you are interested in e.g farang, Thai, mixed , etc. The property supplement in the Bangkok Post gives apartments & condos which are at the high end of the market.

There is a property shop just before the Emporium going out of town on the right, maybe opposite Villa which I think is run my a falang and they may be able give you some pointers otherwise it really depends on your budget.

There are usually little ads from individual agents in the Post too and they are well worth contacting. Tell them what you are looking for and they will pick you up and drive you round to have a look at a few places. They will also haggle with the landlords on your behalf as they obviously get nothing if they don't make the deal.

As Austen says, you are really giving ridiculously little info there as to what you might be after and the range is huge, far greater than it would be here. Our last apartment in 2002, on Suk Soi 15, was a big old 3-bedroomed/3 bathroom place with massive living rooms and kitchen, in a block with a nice pool, sauna, gym etc and back then that was about B26,000 plus bills. Until August we were living in a rather more modest 'Thai-style' place, 2 rooms, plus shower/wc and a little balcony in a really nice block - mainly university students and local office workers - with laundry, salon, restaurant etc, superb location right next to Victory Momument so 5 mins walk to the BTS, 15 mins to lower Sukhumvit - price? B6,000 plus bills, though they were a bit lower than the other place!
