Hi there,

I'm moving to Bangkok with my family next month and we looking for a place to stay. We own a condo on Sukhumwit but the current tenant's lease doesn't expire until October so we need somewhere for about 5/6 months.

Ideally we are looking for a two bedroom apt and our budget would be 15000 - 20000k p.m.

If anyone has (or knows someone with) a condo for rent or could even recommend a good building, please let me know. It would be nice not to have to spend time travelling round Bangkok with estate agents.

Hi Alan if you don’t mind travelling try klongsan , there are many condos next to the river, well within your budget not far from Supan Taksin, the sky train takes about twenty minutes to the Sukhumvit road once you crossed the river, most condos have a free ferry that drops you in China town
A friend of mine lives in Baan chaophraya overlooking the river they have two swimming pools a sport room; tennis courts; snooker room; squash courts and plenty of parking if you are interested I will find out how much it would be. I do know there are some up for rent.
