Found a good website which tells you who are dual pricing and who aren't lots of things covered, Might be worth a look.

An interesting, but not very helpful site. The only way, seemingly to avoid the extra charge is to live in the LOS for ten years and get Thai Nationality! And hopefully after living in the LOS for that period of time, to have assimilated enough knowledge of the language to be able to argue one's legal right!

I used to pay £7500 per year for my education fee in the UK because I am Thai while UK students pay £1500. Five fold not double. |

Jeez Sako,
I seem to remember discussing dual pricing with you before. If all you paid for you Uni fees was £7500, then as a non UK national you should think yourself lucky. I'm pretty sure that it actually costs more than that, per student, to run a University for a year. The reason that UK students get their fees cheaper is because all tax paying UK nationals pay towards the education system in through their taxes. |

British students resident overseas also have to pay the same fees even if the parents have paid taxes etc prior to moving overseas. Its not just Thais , also the fees are the same just the subsidy differs.
