for those who are on a tight budget and like to stick with what they know, ibis opened two new hotels in bangkok last year, ibis siam and ibis huamark.

ibis siam is located a rather unpleasant “five-minute walk” from victory monument and costs 850 baht per night in november 2007.

ibis huamark is located in ramkhamhaeng, a 20-minute taxi ride from suvarnabhumi airport, but a fair distance from any tourist attractions. it is close to abac university and, for shopping, the mall ramkhamhaeng. there is a swimming pool. the cost in november 2007 is 600 baht per night, a bargain for an international branded hotel.

wi-fi is available at both hotels and breakfast is served from 0400 to 1200.

... and more importantly keep this website going through the small commission earned from those links rather than the zero earned via the other ones. Smiler
