We are due to take a holiday last 2 weeks of Aug/First 2 weeks of Sept. We have been looking on the Net as to renting a 2 bedroom condo in the Jomtien area to use as a base for the month.
Most of the ones linked to the more reprable companies are for a min of 6 months.
Does anyone have any info or ideas as to where we could look.We don`t have many requirements except 2 beds 2 baths would be good and somewhere to park a car. If it has a pool all the better but not essential.

Slightly naughty I know, but you could always rent one for 6 months and then terminate after a month. You will lose your deposit but then in some case the loss of deposit plus the monthly rent are a lot less than hotels or short term lets.

Most propertys are priced as per week or a minimum 2 night stay.
Some offer 1 month and more rentals though you do have to contact the owner.

you could try Winfield appartments its between Jomtien and Pattaya just by the sugar hut restaurant, there is a new hotel and restaurant on the corner I think its called Mata hara or somthing similar, you can rent by the month or the week they have a pool and the bugalows and gardens are enclosed with security on site and car parking, not sure of the address I will try to find out or there phone number, and get back to you.
