just booked up a trip from Thailand to Kota Kinabalu for 7 nights staying at The Shangra La Tangjung aru hotel has any member been there if so any info

If it is anything like the Shangri La in Bangkok or Singapore it will be very nice as we have stayed in both of these. I want to go out to Kota Kinabalu myself so please let us know what you think once you have been out there.

It is in Sabah in Borneo the attractions are Mount Kinabalu rain forests and Orang u tang sanctuary

My old man and his partner stayed there just before xmas.

They both had a great time, esp the white water rafting.
