Visit Visa Success

Hi
Phoned Pan this morning after i woke as she had been to BKK to collect her passport from VFS and it has a nice 6 month U.K visa in it . Was 5 working days from taking doccuments to text to collect and a first time visa also. Many thanks to the forum especially Bifftastic and Mrs Bifftastic back in LOS , it would have been hard without the information on here. Now need to book the flights for 31 March / 1 April .

Never mind Harvey Nic's, I showed my wife around Harrods, she saw a cat's collar for £125 and nearly wet herself laughing! Mentioned something about 'ee ba farang' and asked if we could go back to Primark now (she's a keeper)

yes , we are doing the obligatory few days in London , but Pan's far happier with a museum than Harrods or Harvey Nic's , we might go there to shock her with the farang prices

, she is busy buying up all the warm clothing she can find at the moment

as iv'e explained the temp could be anywhere between below 0 and mid 20's in April , many thanks to you all , going to book the flight this weekend

The London Eye is a good one, I'd never been on it until the wife came over (despite living near it and driving past it every day for about 6 years!). You need to choose your day, if t's cloudy then it's not really worth it, but we went there on a nice sunny day and it was fantastic!
