Citizen application for a 17 year old whose Mother is already a Citizen?

Hi hope somebody can help me with this problem!

My wife was granted British Citizenship in 2007 but her daughter was studying in Thailand so could not be included!
She now want to apply for citizenship but I have downloaded form MM1 but I can't really see a section that covers her situation
She attends an ESOL course that is suitable for the application but due to studies in Thailland She has only been in the UK for 2 Years

If anybody can help or put me in the right direction for reliable "fee bearing help"

Ray,

On the assumption that your step-daughter has indefinite leave to enter/remain in the UK, she can make a registration application once she has been in the UK for 2 years and before her 18th birthday. Form MN1 is the correct form and the relevant section of the British Nationality Act is 3(1) - registration at the secretary of state's discretion.

I'm afraid I don't have a Legal Services Commission contract, so all of my customers have to stump up their hard-earned!

I believe he has a stump, but can't meet the 'up' requirement of my Ts and Cs.
