Hi
My brother married a Thai lady 12 years ago, and they together with her son have lived in the UK ever since. The son has just turned 17 and we're wondering how to go about getting him a British passport.
He and his mother are currently here on indefinite leave, his mother has not grasps the English language and passing the life in the UK test would be difficult.
He however, with a 12 year English education is fluent.
Where do we start?
