The Doi Tung coffee is really good too, they have a cafe by the Clock Tower in Chiang Rai, really nice place to sit and people watch.

You can't beat a nice hot sweet and very strong Thai Coffee. (served with a glass of weak tea to cleanse the palate)

Just remember to brush your teeth as soon as you can later.
