waiting 11 weeks for FLR

Hi, I applied for FLR (set M) last july, I got refused and UKBA returned my passport. I then appealed to the First Tier Tribunal and won my appeal. UKBA then appealed to the Upper Tribunal earlier this year. I won the appeal again as UKBA gave up the appeal in front of the Judge as they could not argue on a point of law. The Judge promulgated the determination in my favour on the 2nd April. Since then I have not heard anything from UKBA. I understand that I cannot enquire of the progress of my FLR until 12 weeks have passed. Does anyone know the procedure for collecting my visa given that I still have my passport. The 12 weeks is up on the 25th June.

No idea on the appeal one but when wifey went for FLR first time it took some 3 months so I guess you wait as the ball is in their court
