New Suvarnabhumi Security Layout

Hi All,

I've read on the flyertalk.com forum, new 'Heathrow Style' centralised security checks on hand luggage are being implemented at Suvarnabhumi Airport on 6th September.

This replaces the checks previously performed at the depature concourse.

The new and old arrangements each have pro's and con's, but whilst it settles down, I'd advise allowing a little longer time to catch your plane !

Shame they can,t deal with the revenue generating passport queues .............don,t want to miss the opportunity for an overstay fine.
