    Default Settlement Refusal - OVERTURNED....

    Hi Guys,
I haven't been into the forum much for a while, a little bit disheartened by this whole episode. But looking back i had sound advice and read a lot of informative posts.
Well if you remember our settlement appeal was lodged on May 28th this year and on Monday 18th while I was talking to Ant on skype, she got the call we had been waiting for, for what seemed an eternity, and her appeal was overturned. She got her TB test renewed yesterday and she's flying out in a couple of weeks time.

Thanks to all who contributed with there posts and a big thank you to this forum
    We are over the moon.

yeah richard we stuck to it, but i must admit it was getting to the stage that the positive thoughts were changing as time passed, I still think that this system is a mare, they kept us waiting for 6 months simply because they didnt see a tax return, although they saw the exact same detail but only in a different format. surely there has to be more common sense put into there chain of thought.
    Just glad thats over now.
